A Day in The Life of a Production Line Leader at Services Plus, Inc.

Services Plus, Inc.

Updated: Jul 31, 2024

Being a Production Line Leader at Services Plus begins with arriving at our facility, located on the east side of Green Bay, at the start of your shift. Services Plus runs 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts in 8-hour increments. You’ll also be supplied with a free one-month bus pass, so if you don’t have a car, we’ll help you get here, to start out.

1st shift: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm (Monday thru Friday)

2nd shift: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm (Monday thru Friday)

3rd shift: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am (Sunday thru Thursday)

You’ll prepare for your shift by gathering your tool bag, production work instructions and putting on any PPE or other required workwear, such a hair net and/or beard net and hearing protection, if you’re working in a part of our facility that requires these items.

Depending on what production line you are overseeing, you might be making facial tissue packs, dental bibs, exam table covers, or packaging other single-use consumer packaged goods, like individually packaged disposable cups. While running your line, you will train new employees, ensure safe work practices, encourage your team members, complete paperwork, track and scan using Nulogy ERP system, and look for process improvements to increase the overall profitability of your team.

You’ll be working in an exceptionally clean manufacturing environment. Services Plus keeps things neat and tidy – and the products you’re making are simply paper goods, so there’s no associated smell. Do you ever wish you didn’t feel like you had to go home and take a shower right after your shift? Life would be just a little easier if you could just go home and make a meal, hug your loved ones, run errands, or go out without feeling unclean, right?

If you’d like to learn more about becoming a Production Line Leader at Services Plus, Inc., you can find details here, as well as applying for the position. Your starting wage will be higher if you have prior experience, but no experience is required.

We’d love to hear from you!
