TAD CAMPANA

President

I have been at Services Plus since 2011, after spending 15 years at International Paper/Thilmany, a specialty paper manufacturer, in roles of manufacturing leadership, sales and marketing, quality leadership, and as a business unit manager.

I love watching people succeed.  Nothing is more satisfying to me than being a part of getting a person where they want to go.  Along with that, I enjoy helping people define what they want.  Being a part of people’s growth and success is something that gets me to come to work every day.

I’m married with three children and enjoy spending time with my family and watching my children grow.  When time allows, I enjoy running, hunting, and playing a little golf.

JENNIFER BROWN

Contact Packaging Value Stream Manager

In 2003 I joined Services Plus as a line lead, then assistant supervisor, then first shift supervisor, and now I oversee the entire production floor.  I help make things happen through planning and execution.

There is never a boring day at Services Plus. Every day something new is happening here.  It’s a lot of fun finding better ways to make our jobs run smoother.  It’s a great feeling to see production numbers increase by making simple changes to the line layout.

I’m married with three wonderful children. We enjoy campfires with friends and family and just spending time with loved ones. For all I care, winter can stay away. I like being outside, not cooped up inside the house :).

SHERA CAMPBELL

Account Executive

I develop the team and processes relating to Customer Service, Inventory, Traffic, Estimating and Purchasing.  I have been with the company since 1996 in multiple areas. I intimately know this company.

I enjoy making a difference, whether that be by improving a process, training team members or working with individuals on their development – both personally and professionally.  My passion is efficiency and productivity.

When I’m off the clock, I like spending time with family and friends. You can usually find me cheering on the sidelines at one of my kid’s sporting events.

WAYNE BAILEY

Quality Manager

I started in manufacturing in 1973 and have been in various quality positions since 1979. I worked my way up from floor operator to a number of department manager positions, and into Quality roles.  I joined Services Plus in 2002 as a Process Improvement Manager, and then moved to Quality Manager. I helped create the company’s Quality function and the production work instruction program to meet customer requirements and business growth.

Safety inspires and drives me.  My goal is to keep employees safe every day through safety improvements that perpetuate safe methods for execution.  “Happy customers are repeat customers,” and we have a lot of them because we get it right the first time.

In my free time I enjoy outdoor activities like hunting for big game – I enjoy my 2nd amendment right to bear arms.  I also enjoy golfing, gardening, and relaxing with my family.

SHERRY BRAEGER

Customer Sales Representative (CSR)

Joining Services Plus in the second quarter of 2014 was a big change for me. Having worked in the seminar, direct mail and fulfillment industries for over 20 years, I enjoyed helping clients become successful in a wide variety of projects from the simple to the complex. Services Plus builds on my work in client success by providing focus on manufacturing while maintaining exceptional customer care.

On the side, I am happily married with four wonderfully energetic children (what kids aren’t? – smile). We enjoy time together at our cabin, listening to music and kicking back watching each other learn and grow.

I recently joined Services Plus as a customer service/production job coordinator. My passion is creating strong customer relationships to provide the best customer experience. The reward in helping and meeting customer’s expectations and demands inspires me. My past work experiences was with customer service in manufacturing environments.

I was drawn to Services Plus because of its family heritage and culture who believe in and value their employees.

I have three wonderful children and one awesome grandchild. I enjoy cooking and spending time with family and friends.
